Good evening, I`ve been reading the posts and this OBD2 thing keeps being mentioned. Can someone let me know so I can stop feeling like an idiot. Also, while I`m here where do you folks get your stuff from, I mean basic things like CAI, headers,v-afc. I would like to import some stuff over to England and would be grateful for recommendations of good trustworthy shops. Regards,

OBD2 is what they call the computer diagnostic system in your car, assuming you have a post 96' car. It stands for On Board Diagnostic, version 2, it just tends to be less tunable then the OBD1 computers, and thats why you hear so much about it.

As far as shops in the US, options auto salon, and inlinefour are pretty reliable sources online that ship world wide.

Good luck, later!

If you want parts from here shipped to England, you'd be better off coming here yourself and shopping  ! but since that's not always possible, you might want to try to find a buddy over here who will either shop (smartly) for you, or let you know what shops have what, and what price; and ship it over to you. I do that for my friend in Japan, and she does the same for me.
