You'll get better gains from a JDM-spec 4-1 or 4-2-1 header than you will with a cat-back exhaust. It's just money better spent especially if you plan to purchase and tun a V-AFC in the future. Hell, I would have (and am) installed a header before an intake as the stock ITR intake is that efficient.
