I have a 01 type R with an AEM CAI ON IT RIGHT NOW, NOTHING ELSE. i WAS WONDERING WHAT Exhaust do yall think would be good to look into? :?:

 

thats all I have and I have no plans to do anything else, the reason why is I have been on the track twice and not for nothing but the stock R does quite well, try a HPDE and then see what you think your car needs.

 

You'll get better gains from a JDM-spec 4-1 or 4-2-1 header than you will with a cat-back exhaust. It's just money better spent especially if you plan to purchase and tun a V-AFC in the future. Hell, I would have (and am) installed a header before an intake as the stock ITR intake is that efficient.
