My 98' ITR ran a 14.0@101 w/ AEM CA, AEM Rail-FPR-High Flow Fuel Filter-Adj. Cam Gears, DC 4-1 non JDM header, punched cat, Thermal 3" exhaust, on 205/50-15 Yokohama AVS Inter. tires at 14psi and on the stock clutch. My 98 ITR's best time was a 13.5@109 w/ same mods with addition to a NOS 50shot. God I miss my 98'.

traction was an issue I think leading to a slightly higher Mph.
Did you have full interior for the 13.8 sec run?
And Did the no PS belt help you? I didn't go any faster with mine off and don't drive the street that way so I felt I was cheating and put it back on.
