looking for a dual exhaust
hello,i am looking for a dual exhaust setup for my 95 se.are there an companies that make a kit ,or will i have to have it put together at a custom exhaust shop? has anybody tried this?any problems?stock dia?where should i put the Y?i was thinking of using 2 fully welded stlye mufflers with a glass pack on the B pipe.i am not looking for a performance gain just the dual look and no losses...maybe a cool stereo exhaust note.

Frankly, I wouldn't spend the money. It would cost far more than it's worth, you wont see any performance gains, and your car will gain like 20-30 odd lbs from the new piping and muffler.
I personally make fun of every integra and civic I see with dual mufflers.

Dual exhausts on honda/acura's are ghey. Not to mention it is pretty much pointless too, because you don't really gain anything from it. In fact, I think you probably loose some low end torque. Definately a bad idea.

I don't know of any off-the-shelf dual exhausts available out there. You'd have to do something custom.
That said, I will also chime in with saying that it's kind of stupid. But hey if you really want two mufflers on your essentially stock four cylinder car, then be my guest.

ya you cant get a true dual exhaust you can do what they did with the 2001+ accords and make a Y that would split from one pipe to two mufflers thats the best i can say, was going to do this with my car but desided not to, more weight lol and mostly pointless unless its a show car.

the motor doesn't even push enough exhaust gas to warrant the use of a dual-muffler setup. i would highly recommend against going with this setup. i properly sized single muffler system will be more than enough.
but if you must....take it to a muffler shop and talk to them. they'll give you ideas.
