Default Integra not starting.......

I found this Integra 4sale. Its a 91 GS 5speed with 142,000miles.
It was a trade in at this lot, the owner of the lot drove it for about 1-2months. He said it was beautiful. He parked it in the back and didnt drive it or start it for 1year. He says that it cranks but it wont start.

Just give me some hits on what to replace to get it to start.

This is my list
fuel pump
fuel filter
maybe intectors
clean out gas tank
spark plugs, maybe wires too
filter

The car is in great cond. besides the steering wheel is crackin and the interior looks a little faded. Seems fair since its been sitting for a year. Paint is great. Its white with white wheels. There is also a little dent on the front bumper and the foglight is cracked. He's asking $1500. My friend that thats a little too much for something that doesnt start. I think its that price since he knows what needs to be replaced. He just doesnt fix trade in cars, its sold as is.

Actually the battery was completly dead when I tried to start it. He said that hes going to clean up the car and have it ready for us 2morrow.

I was thinking its too much also. The blue book on it still worth a good amount of money even in fair condition.

Im sure it ran before, he said it was a trade in. Why would he take a car that doesnt start as a trade in. Unless he made that up also. He had about 5 cars in the back, the cars in the front were very nice. Im talking still with factory warranty. Then in the back he had a old Cavi, Storm, Camry with body work being done, Eclipse with body work and the Teg.

I know the car has been sitting there for some time. Under the hood the paint is a rich bright/clean white. On the rest of the car its a paler and really dirt. Im sure the guy will go down, whats a good price. Its for my friend BTW.

Yea I was wondering why he wanted that much. You have to remember its a car lot. For some odd reason when its on car lot they always jack the price up about $500. Plus tax, tag, and title

When it was running he wanted $3900!!!!!!!

I saw this 90 Integra that was painted yellow, stock wheels, stock interior that was alright. all it had was an intake. This idiot wanted $4995. This Teg has 195,000miles. I got into a fight with this guy cutting him down and insisting that the car wasnt worth anything over $2100. If that. He was saying those motors arent going anyway, they last 4ever....bla bla
I know there strong and all, but he didnt even know the person that owned it before. He said it was probably some "punk ass kid like me that beat the hell out of it." haha He didnt know the maint. or what was replaced....horrible business owner.
SuperSport Auto sucks the big fatty!!!!!!

94GSARRR not totally ture you can get riped off by them not telling you something that can be wrong. so sometimes itll be better to buy from a dealer (small owner dealer not a honda/acura dealership) i got my 95 gsr for 3.5k running great. looks ugly but i can look past the paint (very bad paint job) wanted just the engine.

I'm partial to buying used cars from Private Parties mainly because you can usually get a good idea of how the car was driven/ taken care of by the owner. In addition, you can usually get it cheaper than from a dealer. Stay away from those small mom & pop car lots... those are a little shady. I was able to pick up my GS-R with 33,000 miles for $10.5k. The deals are out there.. just need to be patient and get exactly what you want.
