My boss and I don't see eye to eye... well, actually, I'm quite honest and forthright with him and he's dishonest and backstabbing, lol.

The way I see it, no matter how well I perform, it is never going to be enough and eventually I'll move on or they'll phase out my position. I'll take the severance package too, get a few jobs that will help pay for me to go to school full/mostly full time and finally get my degree. But for now, I bust ass and beat their expectations so they don't have any reason to make my life more difficult than they are already making it.

Since all the ITR general discussion from ITRCA has been moved over here, would it be possible to do the same thing with all the other forums over there (the regional forums, etc)? That way, there would only be one place to look at forums. Right now it's kind of odd to have those "orphan forums" still over on ITRCA, while the main ITR discussion is here.

We can make subforums here for the regions but though that they were more of a clutter to the general discussion stuff. The Classifieds there is just a service that give ITR owners one more place to sell parts and an ITR specific classified.

Everyone else prefer them moved here?
