Okay first of all, the wheels you linked to are not going to fit on an Integra. The offset is wrong, the bolt pattern is wrong, and they are most likely too wide.

If you want to run an 18" wheel you will need a 215/35-18 tire. However, I can give you several reasons why 18" wheels on an Integra is a bad idea.

The tire sidewall is too skinny to protect the wheel from impacts like pot holes, and that shock will also be transferred to the unsprung suspension components (control arms, ball joints, wheel bearings, etc) which will increase wear & tear on them.

The wheels will most likely be way too heavy and slow your car down. This seems especially likely given your very limited budget. Generally speaking the less money you spend the heavier your wheel is going to be.

And of course, 18" wheels with skinny ass tires filling up the wheel well more than it was ever intended to be filled up, just look stupid.

$400 for a set of stock Honda/Acura 15" alloy wheels in good condition is a reasonable price.

These cars werent made to have such large wheels (sadly) unless you're going for showcar stuff, in which case 19's are done.

my friend has 18" racing hart cp8's on his teg... he has a 35 series tire. no wheel spacers but he rubs when he hits a bump or turns. the car doesnt look too too bad IMO but it makes it very hard to drive on a regular basis, gotta dodge each and every pothole etc

his rims are for sale, he is looking for some 16's
