ok booty... that kinda makes me mad that your saying jsut because we are kids we dont know anything about the car. there is a huge differance in ls and gsr i may only be 18 but i sure do know that there is a huge differance, 1: it has v tech, 2: 30 more hp, 3: the pistons are the most looked for in any civic boor out(other then buying them new), 4: they have differnt ECU's. so many small technical things i can say that will make that so called "small differance" bigger. If you havnt droven both stock LS and GSR you shouldnt be posting eather. I have owned both a LS and a GSR. also i dont think it is "Super fast" it has good potintale. i may be a "kid" but your just blabering now.

Racter, I know what the differences are. Like I said, it has 30 hp more and a close ratio transmission. All the stuff you mentioned is how it gets the extra power, and the pistons don't work in a D-series motor.

You seem to be under the impression that 30 extra hp is a big deal. It's not. I'd personally go for the GSR as well, but not because it's a huge difference over an RS/LS/GS.

ok b16 (civic si) and the b18c1 pistons.... anyways i dont know how to explain this to you other then yes i would easly pick my gsr over my ls i dont think the 30 hp is a HUGE difference but it helps, and if your going for full motor power i think i would take that extra 30 hp any day to help out, just cause im a kid dosnt mean i dont know what im talking about, and anyways you called me a kid and where im from 18 is an adult so whatever man. i personally think that the ls and the gsr is a big difference that is my preferance dose that mean you had to coment that way? everyone has there opinions and are intitled to them right? so lets just drop this and talk about what this site is really here for, giving advice wich i was doing i didnt tell him to go get the gsr i told him to get the ls if he wanted to rice it out for the car shows.

There was no negative connotation with the use of the word "kid." I'm not much older than you.

All I'm saying is that once you gain some experience with a few more cars, especially high powered ones, you will realize that 30 hp is not a huge deal.

I was joking and someone reused my joke in their post. :chuckles:

Those reasons aren't very convincing man... sorry.

booty is right, there's not a HUGE difference and 30 chp is very minimal. I'd prefer the C1 over the A/B, but it all depends on what I plan on doing.

The GSR does come with a few other features that makes it 'nicer' like leather (some), premium wheels, spoiler, etc.

yes i know that there isnt a big differance but as i said its all a preferance thing, pluss i dont only like the engine i think the body is nice stock i would have gotten a lude but my insurance would have been well ... scarry so this is my second car, and the second one im fixing up i agree that i dont have much experiance. but its all a learning process, and it just ticked me off when booty was directing it tord me and saying that all these kids dont know what they are talking about so had to speak my mind lol.

anyways want to see what i got with 3.5k
gsr and runs good although i had to make it run good still was driveable when i got it lol.
