look man, why not try and look it up yourself. Reading up on something like this is very beneficial. It's not really fair to someone who has done all the research to just be like "sure! here's everything you need because you're so lazy"

 

of course you'll need the block and head of your choice and one of these new nifty golden eagle vtec conversion kits http://www.goldeneaglemfg.com/street.html now that'll get you a basic setup. but dont expect to push it above 8k in that condition and last.
