Thanks for the opionions all, i passed on the car, she wouldnt come down past 1500, so i didnt think it was worth it...O well i hopfully will find another one, there is only 2 for sale within 30 miles of here GRRRR...o well ill look in seattle or somthing...

 

$1500 for a 91 GS in the Boise area is pretty decent. Nothing sounds to bad on that car for that price as long as the body and interior is decent.
My 91 RS was 3k from a dealer and was bought with a blown head gasket. But it was still in good running condition. I swapped a B20 rather than fix the head gasket and the car is still running strong. At 3k I might be talked out of my car but then I would have to find a strong running (read that fun to drive), reliable, economical car for my deliveries.

I could swear I have seen more than two for sale recently but not all are advertised in the same places.
