Seriously, I'd remove the interior trim panels from the rear seat area, including the upper section around the rear side window [if possible].Then carefully detatch the headliner, and use some coat hanger wire to delicately fish the case out. Obviously, be careful not to damage the headliner or puncture the drain tubes for the sunroof.

Removing the headliner is very easy! It does require you removeing the rear seats, all interior rear paneling, A-Pillar, and B- & C-Pillar paneling as well. Seat belts too.

well maby, just maby if you do 30 and hit a brick wall very gently they will be slung forward. lol, ok time for mcgiver to kick into action. you gotta get 3 pieces of the stickiest gum you can find like bubblicious or something. chew for 10 minuites, while you are chewing the gum find a clothes hanger and stretch it out. put the gum on the corkscrew looking thing on the striahgt end. stratle your center console and sit on your shifter.....no no no stop that shit, ok stratle your center console and see if you can get any flex out of the headliner, if you can see if you can stick your clothes hanger in there and feel around for it, by this time your gum should be nice and sticky. find the case and attach the gum to it. now its time to retrieve it. slowly but surely try and ease the case through your headliner, atleast to were you can reach it. once you have done this grab the case and remember to never put it back up there because it is a bitch to get out.

You may also gain additional access by popping the manual control cover off of the headliner, which is right over the rear passenger seats. Also, try removing the rectangular moonroof liner trim, that's directly above your head.
