What do you think about 1992 Teg RS?
Hi ! Rookie to this site btw... Anyway, was wondering what you all thought about a 1992 Integra RS? A family friend is selling it for $6000 cdn. It only has 92,000 KMS on it and its in mint condition. Comes with alarm, cd player, new tires, new clutch, everything new (just replaced) except timing belt will need to be changed within a year which is no big deal.
But other than that, wat do you think about the RS?
appreciate your opinions

Yeah ive heard great things about gen2 tegs. But I just wanted opinions about the RS model.. It doesn't have Power windows or AC or anything right?
Power door locks?
If it doesnt have power door locks, is it possible to make them unlock in sync with the alarm? like remote keyless entry?
Im new at this..just want to become more knowledgeable and get your opinions.
thanks guys

nope, it doesn't have power locks or any power options, which makes it the lightest of the gen twos. yes you could hook up keyless entry to it and get actuators to unlock the doors, i did this to my hatch. 92 is good, it's the first year of the obd1 b18a which is 10 hp more. also first year of the different style front bumper which is the more desired one which you can use the wings west lip kit with.

is it an expensive task?
Ive heard that its 10 hp more which is awesome and since there are no power options, im guessing it has a quicker pick up than other 92 tegs?...
but overall you think its a good deal im lookin at? 92000 KMS is nothing for a 12 year old car.

G2 tegs are a pile of fun man. I had a '91 rs for 4 and a half years and had barely any major trouble with it. 6G's is definantly steep for a 92 tho man...i found a 95 GS with 128K for $5000... not even winter driven. Beat them down major on the price man.
