Default i have a problem wit trans/clutch

i have a problem with either my clutch or trans. 95 gsr

i was driving saturday, and i went over train tracks and right after i passed the train tracks, my car got stuck in 4th gear, and after alittle moving around i got it to go from 3rd to 5th, so i drove it home in 3rd, so i looked at the master clutch cylinder and it was leaking so i got a new one, and now it still wont go into 1st or 2nd gear, anyone ever had a problem like that, and wat wsa it, and my car has 114k miles on it and a stock clutch, but i didnt have too much problems wit it. Im wondering if its the clutch, or the trans, or syncro.
i need some assistance, so if anyone knows anything about this problem let me know.

thanx alot

There is a drain plug on the bottem of the tranny. You put the new fluid in through another plug thats on the side of the tranny facing the strut tower. Your clutch master cylinder could also be bad....I had one bad on my LS and had to drive home in 2nd gear.
