No, unfortunately my camera was in my passenger seat headrest. I had it aimed at the speedo but when i shifted to 2nd gear the camera lost its angle and you can barely see the edge of the speedo.... I am going to work with some one to try and get a camera attatched that shows my speedo and tach for when i try again.

Its possible to achieve those speeds.. with just I/H/E I was able to get to 142 with my 2kLS and with just I/E I was able to get to 149ish with my 2kGSR.

Once you get up that high, the speedo is off a lot, on the high side. Thank you drag!

Not to be an ass, but why does everyone think the Tegs handle like crap at high speeds? I mean, it's not like my old 92' Mustang that handled like a shopping cart over 120 mph. My GS is the most stable car I've ever driven (I know... I don't get out much), and I can only imagine that the GSR suspension is either equal or greater. That being said, I really can't fathom why everyone wants to hop up the suspension first and foremost. Anywhoo, contrats on your run cain... not to sound like an old guy, but I'd take it to a track if I were you.

the reason why suspension comes first is because believe it or not its very hard to squeeze hp out of a honda engine so there fore there is more room for improvement in the suspension. also you see a greater gain in performance with suspension at first then you would on a engine mod. and also integras are pretty quick and respectable in stock condition.

Yeah i dont know where you live, but here in the great state of Ohio we dont have 5 mile long tracks to test top speed on. If you know of any please enlighten me. As far as modifications go, i posted mine in my first few posts on this thread, my suspension was first and foremost because my car is going to be used mainly for AutoX, and yes i can definately tell the difference in the way it handled at high speeds stock (135mph) and high speeds now.

On a 98 GSR with just SRI and suspension mods, I touched 150...though I think my tach was only grazing 7100rpm, which would make a difference of 12-14mph IIRC. My est. corrected speed: 138-140.

PS: 195/60-14s are NOT the tire of choice for top speed runs.

The stakes are simply too high to be doing those speeds on the open road. Period.

I know none of us can stop you or others from doing it, but please consider the consequences of a mechanical faliure or a blowout at that speed. At a speed of more than 2 miles a minute, you'll be done for.

Please reconsider your decisions with this in mind..

I dont know. Ive never been over 100 in my teg, but ive been 100 on some curvey ass back roads, so I really dont see a problem with doing 120+ on a straight piece of highway...and maybe not where you live, but here the roads are dead past about 10pm.
