Default GSR feels slower :(

Today I took out my GSR on the highway and it feels a lot slower. Does the cold weather affect the way my GSR performs. It was heated up to normal temp. and I barely felt the VTEC kick. Is this normal?

if anything, cold air would aid in performance, not hinder it. Perhaps you need a tune up?

Are you sure it was warmed up? It is pretty freakin cold outside here. If the engine is not warm enough VTEC will not kick in because the oil pressure is not high enough.

Not unless they are bigger rims.

Either way...either its all in your head or you need a tuneup.

If you really are concerned, do some maintenance and bring it to the dyno. VTEC wont kick in if the water temperature is not high enough...IE if your thermostat is busted and the motor is running too cold.
