Something is wrong, either mechanically or legally, if they are selling at that price. I'm convinced of it.

The fact that this offer is at a "new shop" raises the hair on the back of my neck. Probably a fence for some auto-theft ring in the South East. :squint:

IMO, check out the shop and inspect the motor closely (have them perform a compression and leakdown test with you there) and if anything seems sketchy, walk out.

I can't put my finger on it, but I can feel a bad vibe from a deal that seems to be too good to be true. :squint:

 

If it runs well it's a good deal. Why question if it's stolen or not. As long as you buy it legally it's not your ass. Half the crap ya'll bought off ebay is probably stolen as well. Why even think about that. Not that I'm guilty of any of that. I just know a b18c5 is hella expensive. That's a good ass price. I would have it looked at it for any problems internal or external though.
