My tach is pretty spot on. I hit around 7100rpms and found the rev limiter(ouch). It just your average everyday stock tach too. I was suprised because I've always thought tachs and speedo's were gonna be a bit off. My Speedo is off by +5 mph. I dunno.
That seems odd that you got it that high. Hope you didn't break anything.
