ya, theyre good coilovers for a person who needs a comfy yet sorta good handling ride. you cant fine tune them because you cant adjust the dampening, but if you really arent into that serious tuning stuff, i'd recommend them, you should also look into the tein basics, same concept.

They're a great set of spring/dampers, but for about the same price you can get Ground Controls with Koni Yellows which would be better in my opinion.
I think Tein is getting played out here in LA. People get a set of S. Techs and nothing else and plaster TEIN stickers all over their car.

Actually right now I run, yellows with prokits.
I find it rides rough, not crazy rough, but I do feel
every bump. At one time I didn't mind it so much but it's
starting to get annoying...
For I year I ran the pro-kits on stock struts and I dont
remember it being this bumpy.
As soon as I put the yellows on, I noticed a huge difference,
in both handling :thumbup: and ride quality:down: .
I've been thinking of getting a softer spring like the H&R OE,
but I don't know if this is my problem. It seems as if the
struts are too stiff even on the softest setting...
P.S. they are neuspeed SP3 konis...

The Neuspeed Konis are shorter than stock and are revalved from the typical Koni damping to be stiffer. So yeah, they'll ride pretty stiff and are the source of your bumpiness. The Prokits are not a very stiff spring at all.
If you want to soften up the ride you can go for a softer shock like plain Koni Yellows or if you want a bit softer, Koni Reds. That would be cheaper than buying an entire set of coilovers.

hey mrfatbooty, although the koni reds are soft shocks, do you think they can handle high spring rates and a severe drop or is it better off just saving for something else? im a broke bastard and i was wondering what the best bang for buck would be for non adjustable dampers.
