what are you looking for?
top end power get the 4-1
more low end power get 4-2-1

either way headers give minimal gains especially with a bottle neck or restrictive cat

Frist of all, you need a HEADER, not HEADERS...... you only have ONE.

Second, what kinda of exhaust do you have? cat back, I hope?

u have stock cat? how many miles?

i'll speak on behalf of WiLL, DB7 2.0 and myself.

We all have non-vtec motors in our integras, as well as 4-1 headers. We've all found a loss in low-end torque, and noticable gains on the upper half of the RPM range.

If you're looking for just highway cruising and around the town driving, go for the 4-2-1, otherwise go for the 4-1 if you're okay with losing some low-end torque.

I agree, want midrange torque go with a 4-2-1, wanna scream up top go with 4-1. Either way it will not make a stunning, throw you back in the seat difference.
