Headlights arent set as far into the bumper
The mouth in front doesn't have the crossbar
Front bumper slightly different
different corner lights
It says 'integra' on the front left of the bumper instead of next to the emblem.

To do a 98+ front end conversion, all you will need is:

1) Bumper
2) Headlights
3) Corner lamps.
4) and get a damn ITR lip to finish that nish...

heh that black teg is a DC4 look on the VIN, DC2 = GSR and ITR
