woohoo another tire suggestion thread!

The AVS ES100 is a great tire, but I'm always going to recommend the Bridgestone Potenza S-03.

Try em out on the snow for the hell of it, i bet they'll kick ass still.

Great to hear that! Are you running stock height or is your car lowered? Did you have to make any adjustments on height for it being a wider wheel? Are you on stock rims or aftermarket? (I'm new to this ). I will run stock height until I get new 16in rims after I wear out my first set. These tires will be for normal work and commute with occasionaly aggressive driving if I am confronted by twisties .

By the way, how many miles have you put on them so far. Any sign of early wear? I hear it's a great tire but I see some complaints about how quickly they wear out. Is this true or are these people that state they wear out easily constantly driving aggresively? I expect these to last at least 1.5yrs.

Which is only about twice as much per tire...

Go with the ES100s. I had them on my Eclipse and they were very nice tires. Too bad they only lasted like 6 months, but my car actually makes power.

I love my kumho mx's (205/50/15), but if I think I would go with the Falken Azenis and save a few dollars. I'm no size expert on falkens, but if the fit your rims/car go with the falken's. SO-3's are great tires, but a bit pricey for the budget mined consumer. and as far as the toyo's go, my buddy has the f-24's and they suck, he calls them ice skates in wheather below 45 degress(eventhough they are suppostly all-season)the ts-1 are decent. Are you just looking for something that rolls, or somethat performs?
