Default well it's been just over a year....

.... since I joined honda-acura.net. I registered about a week before I bought my GS-R back last June (when I knew for sure I was going to buy it and was working out the details). For 5 years before that I drove a base model 1989 Camry that was handed down to me from my mom back when I turned 16. This is the first car I have ever owned myself, and now, as of this past Tuesday, it has become the first car I have ever PAID FOR IN FULL 100% by ME! :yay: :yay: :yay:

Just had to share some enthusiasm with you guys, because it is a GREAT feeling! It's also great to know what this will do for my credit rating, and being able to get future car loans and eventually buy a house, etc. :bigok:

I dream of the day when I can hold the title to my car. Until then, it's 242 dollars a month to USA Federal Credit Union.

Satisfying a loan is an awesome feeling...I work in automotive financing...I know what it's like

My one year anniversary is coming up on my GS-R (July 22nd). I have saved up a TON of money, but I think I am just going to build credit like you by continuing to make payments instead of going for the payoff. My payments are cheap anyways and I have a low apr. That means more $ for mods!

Your teg is looking really good by the way...

good job, I am still paying mine off, for about another year depending how well I do in college (long story). I feel more connected to my car because I pay for everything: gas, insurance, car payments, mods. Yes I am only 17, and I'm proud that mommy and daddy didn't help.
