Default Hesitation and Enigne Codes...

A week ago i installed my Apexi WS catback and a test pipe...ever since installing the exhaust, when i start out in first gear and sometimes in second when the engine was just started after cooling down completely, i just a odd hesitation at low rpm only in first or second gear, i can only explain it as a low growl tone and when i hit the gas it will briefly rumble a little more then move on and accelerate normally...but the weird part here is that after that initial little stint, it never happens after that...not until the motor has cooled completely and restarted...on another note but possibly related the MIL has come on twice, but when i pull over and restart the car, it goes off...and just today i learned about the codes and tried that and came up with 16 and 43...fuel injectors and fuel supply system...my question here is is this most likely related, and if so why only just after i installed my exhaust and whatever? also does this mean i absolutley have to replace the injectors, and the fuel pump for the supply system, or could it be fuel filter or plugs/wires related??? i appreciate whoever reads all the way thru this and thanx in advance for replies
