its normal for the needle to first be a bit higher and then come down to its normal idling speed, on warm up it can be as high as 1.5k rpms normally, i wouldnt be worried unless the needle is bouncing (at which point id suggest checking for vacume leaks) but ur cars idle is controlled by the ecu so i really wouldnt worry about it.

i think all hondas put a little more gas into the engine till it was warm, which would explain the higher rpm at idle. the shaking im not sure tho. check vacuum, fast idle valve...or anything related to idle.

all cars are different, the b16 i had in my car was properly balanced, had the EXACT same compression on all cylinders and motor mounts were in perfect condition, the new zc i put in does not move at all in the car, u can turn it on and look at the engine in the bay and it stays perfectly still and i have not yet touched it straight from japan, so....???? just depends on the engine, as for the needle shaking that may be an ignition system issue, ie cap and rotor, spark plugs etc. but on a new car should all be fine still..,.

I am certainly no expert at these things but I would suggest check your oils and especially coolant. I had a coolant leak and my car was doing something close to what you are saying
