Default Will 97+ teg brake master cyl work in a 94 teg?

Does anyone know if the 97+ master cylinder will fit my 94 Integra? One person I talked to said it won't, but I can't see why it wouldn't. A strut bar I already purchased won't fit over my 94 master cyl, but it will fit over the 97+ Please help me. Thanks a lot!

I found this image of the two types, but I'm still not positive whether it will fit.

i would check volume before you started swapping that around...if you have a big tank...im guessing you have drums on the rear. the drums need extra volume that a 97 for sure wouldnt need...im almost certian those would have disk brakes on the rear...just things to think about before you swap things like that

i think as long as its abs/ non-abs compatible, it should fit. The brake booster itself is identical between those years. So if your car as abs, get the abs one, and if not, get the non-abs one.

It will fit physically but you might have to reroute some brake lines.
