HELP! messed idle and high temps

Pulling the head isn't that hard, just a bit time consuming. If you're sure it's the headgasket and are going to replace it, you might as well get some ARP headstuds while you're at it. You're supposed to replace stock headbolts when you pull the head off anyway, so you might as well replace them with some stronger ARP studs.
