D15z1 on a D15b7 block help

Default D15z1 on a D15b7 block help

hey guys im very new and need help please

i have a civic Vx hatch 92 and the motor smokes BIG time it needs new rings but i have a d15b7 from a buddy that swaped it out which would be better the whole swap of the D15b7 or d15z1 head on the D15b7 block ?? i know a swap of higher HP would benift me more but right now i am on a Very tight budget and have no car to go to work or shcool please any help will be cool

If your cylinder walls are pretty clean, why don't you just swap out the bad piston(s), and replace them with pieces from the D15B block?
