I had a high idle problem when I did my b18c1 swap. It ended up being the TPS sensor being installed wrong. I fixed that, and also messed with the idle adjustment screw a little to fix it.

ok well i don't have a camera to take pictures, but the TPS sensor (throttle position sensor) is on the firewall side of the throttle body. It is held on by 2 screws (which can be a bitch to take off, and has a gasket. The idle screw is on the other side of the throttle body, and it too is hard to reach.

Is your car throwing any CEL's? If you find out what they are, (how to do this can be found here in the resource section) this will help you troubleshoot.

for tons of great info

also, check your ground wires (one goes to the valve cover, and another goes to the area around the starter.

the wire in the middle pic is for the oil pressure switch, the last pic, that line should be hooked up to a vaccum source. the first pic looks like maybe a vtec wire, thats the only 2p male connector i can think of right now that is on the harness,

Is the Thermo Switch wire on the thermostat housing 1p or 2p?
