Moved to Engine Tech & Tuning.

It's a matter of policy.

To answer your question, I would suggest the ACT HDSS clutch, for the 1990-1993 Integra RS or LS.

While still being close to stock in terms of pedal effort, the HDSS will have enough clamping force to handle a 55 - 75 shot of nitrous without problems.

I would have to agree and say go with ACT, I have one on my boosted EG and never once had a problem with it... Had it for over 4 years...

I got the Hybrid street disc, which apparently is better for high-rpm shifting, and the Heavy-duty pressure plate... Its rated to 236 lb-ft of torque, and has only a slightly harder pedal feel...

IMO ACT is the way to go...

how about the ACT HDMM???? would that be too harsh for everyday driving or would that be good one to get??? and ok is there a easier way to tell what year the trans is then taking it off and counting the splines???

any full face sprung disk is going to be better for the street in terms of driveability than a pucked design, sprung or not.
