if your rotors are still good and not warped, you can have a machine shop slot them for you, like said above ^^^^^ pads and a good brake fluid will do the job, stainless steel lines work nice.

aight i guess ima need some knew braking when i swap it. rotors are expensive too.what i saw was like 300 a piecE? does that sound right thats like 1400 bucks for rotors. thats crazy.ifi get new rims ima get some good tires ..i dont know crap about whats good. ima read a lot over the next few months before i do anything to make sure what i get is good i guess.

what i know fursure so far is
gc with koni yellows
for suspension

if i swap
b18c1

i dont know much about an engine already so i doubt me and some friends could swap it ourselves. i dont have anything to lift it and drop it in with. so i guess ima need somecash to get it done professionally. i got 4200 saved but now its seeming like it wont get me too far.

you can get rotors from autozone cheap. they do the same thing as those high end rotors with slots and holes. only you dont need those slots and holes.

do u think a k20 would be a better swap??.would it be a much harder swap(even tho it prolly wouldnt matter much cuz i dont think id have enough knowledge to swap it my self id have to take it to a shop)...since a k20 is a newer engine and prolly less miels and more reliable which 400 dollars more. i have 4200 and it says 4000 for the engine but ionno how much shippin and handling usually runs.

a complete k20 swap done by a shop is going to run you $8-10k after all is said and done. you'll still need mounts, axles, wiring, kpro, and a decent header.

okay so what ive been thinking is if i swap in a b18c1 its gonna be like me having a integra of that model that it came out of..so if i was at the track and was racing one that had the same crap as me no mods just the engine so far. it would be like racing the same thing??? but if a better car like a rsx pulled up itd definately beat me ??? integras arent that fast with just their normal engines so would the swap even be worth it if i wanted to race someone..prolly eventually boost it but just without a turbo??i was thinking it might be worth it for the k20.but i just dont know
any input?

you would probably be faster since you have a lighter car. but this is dependant on your driving skills.
