Default New Motor...b20b?b18c? [DC Integra chassis]

I have a 95 integ ls with the b20b, and it has some problems, and its just too slow even with all the bolt ons. I wanted to do a motor swap, and was wondering what is involved in putting in a new motor that does not come in the car from the factory. I was thinking either the b18c or the b20. I want vtech and to have over 200hp after i add intake, header and exhaust. I see that the b20 only has 146 hp? do i get a different head? Also is there anything special about the wiring, ecu, motor mounts, tranny, axles, exhaust...anything that will take time. Wheres the best and cheapest place to get one of these jdm motors?
Also how does that work finding performance parts that fit that motor and that chasis? What all do I need with a 'longlock" motor?

What would be involved in these swaps...i heard of people changing the b20 haed...why? Personal opinions?

Put a GS-R head on your B20.

You're gonna need a VTEC conversion kit to run a VTEC head.

I got one of those in my garage. o:

If you do put a vtec head on an LS or B20 block, make sure you at least upgrade the rod bolts. Stock LS/B20 rod bolts can't handle 8000rpm repeatedly.

I thought in your post in the integra forum that you had a B18B? To swap in a B20 you need to reuse everything from your LS. Intake manifold, harness, ECU, transmission, clutch, flywheel, axles, and mounts.

He has to get A GSR ECU, and the wirings harness or else there no point putting on the the vtec head. oh and the manifold has to be a gsr, type r, or civic type r.

Reread my post, notice I said "To swap in a B20"...not a B20Vtec, not a CRVTEC, not an LSVTEC. His original post was regarding a straight B20 swap into an integra, not a B20 block with a VTEC head.
