The weirdest problem - Any help appreciated
Ok so i have a b16a in my 95 gsr, and i run a p28 chipped ecu. Now everything was fine, except for the CEL being on. My friend decided to cut the LS ecu harness where it goes into the ecu and rewire a gsr one... NOW MY CAR LITERALLY SPITS GAS OUT THE EXHAUST WHEN I TURN IT ON AND IT ACCELERATES BY ITSELF. NO CEL LIGHT IS ON ANYMORE. I believe it is the wiring. Can anyone PLEASE help me??

What kind of details? Well yea the car harness was a LS one, the car itself is a 95 gsr. Insted of pinning the stupid thing, he freakin cut the harness, and now some of the wires must be in the wrong order... Before with the LS harness it was good just the CEL was on, cuz no vtec sol, and KS and stuff... The injectors are injecting a TON of fuel, but my question is why isn't it burning it all anyway?

OK, i think i found it... U kno when u turn the key to 2nd the injectors are supposed to spray for like 2 seconds, well myne don't stop spraying unless u turn the key off... SO im thinking this guy wired the fuel pump wrong... What color are the fuel pump wires?
Also my car is a gsr w/ a b16 obd1 motor, so what diagram should i use, so far im using the p72...

Use the '94/'95 P72. Don't use the newer (OBD2) P72.
Are you sure the injectors are spraying or just the fuel pump running? The injectors aren't supposed to spray until the starter is cranking.
Since he cut & spliced the harness, you might have to verify EACH WIRE is at the right terminal at the ECU. PITA!! Maybe you can check what he did right where he cut it. It should be put back together with the same color wires attached to each color. No mis-matching where it's spliced.
I don't have the books & stuff for my '95 GSR any more, but I recall that the GSR stuff was add-on. All the LS wires go to the same terminals on a GSR. So all he should have done was ADD wires into empty slots in the ECU plug of the LS harness. I don't have a wiring drawing, but I might have some notes about pin #s for '95 Integra (have to look for it tonight).

Yea he should have added wires, he recognized that as his mistake... Oh yea, I took out the spark plugs and when i looked in there, I saw like a 1-2 inch puddle of gas sitting on pistons 2 and 4. So i cleared that out... im thinking it was because of the fuel pump running. And is it possible to hydrolock the engine with gas??
Also on the harness there are 2 red wires (one is injector 2 and the other is purge solenoid)... Now on the plug there are also 2 red wires, so how do i know which one from the plug goes to which one on the harness?? Or as long as they are red it doesn't matter?
ALSO MY P28 ECU IS NOT THROWING ME CODES... just to check it i unplugged the map sensor and some other stuff, and NO CODES. ??
Thank you for your help

OK, the problem seem to be injector 2. I think it was wired wrong. There are 2 red wires, and i don't know which one to connect it to... I took out the spark plugs and spun the motor, and cylinder 2 was FLOODED with gas, so this led me to believe that inj. 2 is the problem... Also there are 2 YEL/Black wires, and i don't know how to connect them... one is a ground for main relay and other is supposed to be pinned to A25 where the relay one is... but there are 2 yel/blk ones coming form the harness, so do i just hook all them together or what??

UPDATE
Ok so i got a obd1 virgin GSR ecu, and finally got it to throw me some codes... It throws me a 16, which is injector, so i guess and checked the red wires, connected them until the CEL went off. Now there is no CEL complaining about the injectors but it still shoots a who lot of gas out of the exhaust... the ONLY time the CEL will give code 16 is when i jump the little cel harness to read codes... WTF... when the car runs NO CODES, but there is still something wrong...
COULD THIS BE THE PURGE SOLENOID? THE CAR IDLES WEIRD LIKE ACCELERATES ITSELF, BUT COULD THE PURGE SOLENOID CAUSE GAS TO SPRAY OUT THE EXHAUST PIPE????
PLz help, my patience is runnin out with this car

Confusing...
You first said your car was a GSR (P72), yet why do you have an LS wiring harness...
Did I miss something here? Or do you have an LS with a GSR swap?? I just don't understand your post, why would you have a B16 in a GSR?? Unless your motor was toast and you replaced it with a relatively cheaper and easier to find B16.
No I don't believe the purge solenoid would cause gas to spit out of the exhaust. Obviously the gas comes from your injectors, one (or all) of which may be being held open for too long.
Is there a short to ground or other symptom that would cause the injector to constantly spray gas? Better fix it soon, gas prices keep goin up n up n up.

No, my GSR shell had a LS motor in it when i bought it, now I built a relatively cheap b16a jdm with many itr internals and i just put it in my gsr... The fuel pump did spray non stop, but i fixed that and now when u turn the key 2nd they spray like they are supposed to for like 2 seconds, but when i turn my car ON, there is gas shooting out the exhaust, and when i take the spark plugs out they are all black (too rich), and on cylinder 2 i can see gas just sitting there when i look throught the spark plug hole. I am using 2 ecu's (not at same time), and have found that the p72 works better than the p28 chipped...
