Default B18C5 swap into 95SE

This may have been covered before, but will a Type R B18C5 engine drop into a 95SE (5 spd) without any mods/changes? Just bolt in swap?

It will physically bolt in, but you'll need to wire up the VTEC solenoid and knock sensor. Also you'll obviously need to run a GSR or ITR ECU.

Moved to Hybrid Forum.

the type-r is also overrated. the engine is not owrth the extra money... spend it on an ls with boost or a gsr with some mods or boost instead

That's kind of what I was thinking. I have a 95 SE that's in great shape. I'd like to put a VTEC engine in it, so I'm leaning towards the GSR engine.
