i'd go for the Si, (correct me if im wrong) but isn't it a k20, either way k series > * they have a lot of room for modification, but that should set you back quite a bit to get such a new engine

The K20A3 (?) that appeared in the EP3 Civic Si isn't worth your time.
The K-series to DA swap is quite involved, and this isn't the forum for that discussion.

Moved to Hybrid Forum.

It's either a K20A2 or K20A-R{<---JDM) for the 02 civic si. It can be done though you're looking at alot of mods including suspension.{due to the wieght of the darn thing}
Wondering are you planning on it being a street car or track?*I'd say go for it if it were track*Another option is to get the engine and tranny and perhapps sell it or trade for an engine that wouldn't take as much to swap in?

I was trying to figure out what the 90 Teg Gs's engine was. I have two sources telling me different stories... either a B18A1 or a B18B {which is it?}

100% incorrect

RSX-S (01-04) = K20a2
RSX-S (05+) = K20z1
ITR = K20a
CTR = K20a
Euro CTR = K20a2
RSX = K20a3
EP Si (02-05) = K20a3
FG Si (06+) = K20z3

Not worth it, don't do it.

K20A3 has nill aftermarket support. Greddy makes a turbokit, but similar results can be had easier with a B-Series swap.

Again, incorrect.

The A3 responds VERY well to boost due to its already lower compression.

GReddy
RevHard
Cybernation Motorsports
Full Race

Are just a few of the companies that have turbo kits out for the A3.

Also, don't forget the superchargers from Rotorex and Jackson racing.

Sure the A3 isn't the all motor monster the A2 is, but I smoked MANY a car when my EP was boosted and putting 271whp on STOCK internals. Not many B's are doing that.
