Default How VAFC 2 works?

I'm thinking to put VAFC 2 on my B16A engine.But I want to know how VAFC 2 air/fuel ratio works.For example,when my engine run rich and I corrected using VAFC 2. Does VAFC 2 spray less gasoline OR add more air? Thanks.

rich = too much gas
lean = not enough gas
stoich = just the right amount

if you were running rich you take away fuel. how would it add more air? since you have to ask a question like this, i recommend you not try to tune one yourself.

The VAFC just alters the signals from MAP sensor and such to the ECU to fool it into adding more fuel if running lean or taking fuel away if too rich. It can't add more air, only fuel and spark.

Thanks.Actually I will tune the air/fuel ratio using wideband O2 sensors and VAFC 2. I can do this right? So,VAFC works by adding fuel or reducing fuel. My question is which one is better for performance, set the fuel pressure lower and set the VAFC spray more gas OR set the fuel pressure higher and set the VAFC spray less gas? Just say in both setting I have the best air/fuel ratio. I hope you know what I mean. Thanks.

Try 36 PSI stock PSI should range between 30-37PSI and increase fuel from the VAFC2. Higher fuel pressure = more fuel pump voltage and increased fuel temperature, and with too much pressure you get leaking injectors. using the VAFC2 will allow the car to function as it would normally while keeping your injectors spraying longer without stressing them from fuel pressure.
