Default Which Intercooler?

Are intercoolers street legal? Which intercooler is best for lowering temps. and increasing HP? You can probably tell I'm new with turbo kits but hey I'm only 15 just started getting into turbo before i always wanted an all motor

But yeah, there are no CARB approved aftermarket intercoolers... If there were to be one soon, it would probably come from GReddy for use with their CARB approved kit, but I've heard no word of such an item existing...

California is the worst. Washington on the other hand in certain areas there are no emission laws.

It doesn't at all, Kommifornia is just really anal about modifications and uses emissions laws to justify it.
