Yes, you don't have to wire for VTEC.

b18b is direct bolt in but different wiring than gsr. b18a requires tranny convertor for hydro to cable.

well i wanna build a lsvtec with it. so i will need to wire the vtec. and I want to use a b16 tranny so i dont have to convert right?

you will need a B16A2 or A3 tranny if you don't want to convert. The A1 is cable.
