There are no real mechanical differences between the OBD-1 and OBD-2 GS-R engines. If I were you i'd honestly stick the OBD-1 engine and the cable transmissions(B16 or 92-93 GS-R) in there. The OBD-1 engine will be basically be plug and play(pray) with your 93 integra chassis. WHen you can swap the OBD-1 p72 ecu in, you'll have to run the extra wiring for VTEC, KS, and the IAB's(unless you're going with a Skank2 manifold). Running a cable transmission will be easier since the car is cable actuated as it sits. Adding the slave cylinder and piping for a hydro conversion is just a waste of money, because on par you won't ever find a hydro tranny cheaper than a cable tranny.

This will keep your engine bay clean and it's a few less grimlins you'll have to worry about down the road if anything ever brakes. Now as far as being a good engine for N/A, it all in how deep your wallet is. Just remember K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple, Stupid) and everything will be aite.

I'd suggest asking this same question in the Integra forum(if you haven't already), or asking a mod to move this post there. There isn't really anything difficult or special about this swap. Plenty have done this so you may get more responces there. Since there isn't really anything "engine technical" about it, you may get more or less ignored in this forum just because of that fact.
