04 civic
same procedure for 04 civic aswell, i saw this 02 civic, it had these 2 clear holes and the rest was black, anybody know how to do that

Is there a black glossy type spray that you can spray all over the chrome so it doesnt lose its reflective quality? The whole Idea of it being chrome is to get a wide angle of light and by spraying flat black on the chrome, you dull the effect.

If I understand you correctly, you are slightly confused about the procedure. The only part of the housing that you paint is the outer part. The outer part serves no functional purpose other than to look good. The inner part near the headlight bulb is left unpainted and thus does not effect the beam's spread. However, I believe the paint that westcoststyle used on his reflectors would have the look you desire. Look for a transparent tinting spray (like this) at a hobby or possibly automotive store.
