Default Fix damaged aluminum rim?

One of my wheels has a chunk out of the inside edge that exposes the seal of the tire and is about 3" long. People have said something about spinning or something? It may be a difficult wheel to replace so do I have any options?

I don't think that can be fixed, just replace it. A similiar thing happened to me a couple of years ago and it only cost like $50 for a new rim. What rims could they be that are so hard to replace?

There's a wheel collision place in Bath PA...do a search on it and call them up. They might know more.
