Default 94 gsr dual runner IM mod

I wonder if I can include pictures for my Intake Manifold mods. I'll try.
1st pic shows a T.B. ported to 66mm. It has been matched to the intake chamber at the same time.

1st picture shows port openings reworked and de shrouded inside the Intake Chamber. 2nd picture portrays all chamber ports. Notice the outside top runner openings are no longer rectangular. They are opened on the inner wall and squeezed on the outside wall. The middle top ports have been slightly "ovalized". The butterfly ports have been widened to the new "big" butterfly size.

Pics show dual runner openings - reshaped outside runner openings "big air" towards the inner wall - fast, squeezed air on outside wall. Middle openings have been ovalized.

the inner wall of the outside runners were shaved to straighten the flow. notice the openings overall. These shapes had to be repeated and matched on the three sections!!

OK my gasket cutting skills are minimal Haha!! Let's see, The 3 sections and 2 gaskets had to be matched?? OK, haha - can't see those gaskets from my house!!! I have a 2 backup gaskets but I am afraid to mangle them also. Any ideas about gasket cutting??
And here's the total unit.
I will be using an AEM fuel rail, generic fuel pressure regulator and steel braid fuel line with some nice fittings. I said "don't ask me about those derned fittings!!!" That's another investigation. hahaha!!! Enjoy!!
