I DO! I drive a honda, and I will tell u I HATE the way those people ruin their cars, and hence OUR reputation.
Maybe u guys should start telling these guys NOT TO GET stuff like altezzas and "bolt-on in the parking lot" wings, because if they hear that it's ok, and cool, then we'll never solve THAT problem.

I absolutely HATE those idiots who don't know anything about cars, I MEAN ANYTHING, and they do exactly what was said before, go to autozone and buy $300 worth of shitty wings and blinking lights, LOL
Personally, I'd rather drive a car with rust spots and missing pieces, as long as it was fast as hell....
What's the point if you're car sounds/runs like shit and u can't even beat a mini-van????

Why not try and look for some JDM lights or just keep it stock and clean??
You will earn more respect from your peers, if u keep it stock/clean and no Gaudy lights and wings, I guarantee it.

u know there isnt much one can say to that, only that u may be right on some of those things
i hold my opinion just as all of u on here do aswell, i have many of those cars on my streets, but i also know a few of them, i dont judge one by his, its his personality i look at. Even further, look at car clubs online, u will find some ugly ass rides, why? because they got in there cuz they are a kick ass person, they simply click with one another, either that or their car runs an 11 sec time! i'd never judge one by his ride, but i wont be afraid to speak my opinion to him about his car if i as asked about it either, doesnt mean he has to change it though.... we love what we love subconciously

and yes, i will tell you, right here and now that many cars w/ that shit do look good. but that is based on MY style and preference. personally i HATE when people decide that their sense of style is the only one that matters. you are honestly saying that it's a bad thing that some of us choose to modify our cars to our taste rather than your own. if that's how ya fell, screw you. myself, and every other person will make our cars look the way we want them to.
mine is not stock, because i don't want a stock car. i customize my car to make it stand out among the millions of others tuners in the world. NOBODY will EVER have a '94 del Sol that looks like mine, and i take pride in that. mine will be all its own. it's totally different and unigue. why look like everyone else. like i said in an earier post on THIS thread, i had planned orignally on buying a '96 del sol VTEC that was totally stock, in and out. i was gonna build a sleeper. but, things changed, including my taste. the car never came my way, and i bought my current one. it was already modified, so i ran w/ it. i could not be happier w/ how it looks.
this thread has gone to hell. the guy asked how to install tail lights for god's sake and the only person who helped @ all was Shmoo. we're here t ohelp damnit, and thats it. so lets do it. lets not all argue about whic his better; "altessa or stock", "wing or stock". let it be. let us all have our opinions and respect them. respect me, and everyone else's taste. you'll get a lot more respect in return.

I've seen pleanty of people with alteezas who drive like assholes, and pleanty without that drive like assholes. One person's definition of Nice doesn't necessarily agree with everyone elses... look at fashion for example, some people think some styles are awesome, while others look at it like it's absolute shit.
I've seen pleanty of mustang, camaro, etc. drivers race around driving like idiots... in fact, I think it's safe to say that driver idiocy (if that is even a word....) is universal amongst all makes of automobiles. I've been cut off my almost every make of car, with and without alteezas. As for originality, if someone wants to keep their car stock, that's fine, but if someone wanted to change something about their car, whatever it may be they are actually doing something original considering the vast majority of cars on the road are stock. (not to knock stock or anything....)
Point being: Assholes are the one constant in todays society, they can span all races creeds, religions, tastes, levels of intelligence and driving abilities.
