I want blue led's so bad, because Im planning on painting my car electron blue!
But, its not worth spending good money on good led's and having to pay off an unnecessary ticket.

yes.
if you are cheap ass like me, just get a white one, and sand the tip down a bit
and color it up with sharpies.
it does light up nicely with the named color of the sharly, but the best part..
here it goes..
you can remove the color and change the color if you would like with a nail-polish remover!!

I think your problem is the fact that u bought shit ass quality stuff from Ebay...
My friend bought blackened, ONE-PIECE, Halo's and not even one week later, they both broke...
So, he contacted the guy from ebay, had to shell out more money up-front for a pair of new ones ($225), and then when they came, like 2-weeks later they were broke again...
His were SHIT quality, they had bare wires hanging out and were really thin and cheap overall...
I went and bought JUST the HEADLIGHT part, not the one piece lights, and made sure it wasn't from the same guy...
Well, let me tell you how much better these were than his...
Mine came with an exact replica of the headlight unit, made with quality thick plastic...
They also came with a blue projector, and they were chrome/clear
They came with a big gauge wire, and relays and everything.
Guess what??
more than a year later, they still work perfect, and I've been off the road b4
So, I must say that his were absolute crap, and unfortunately, I think u might have gotten the same kind.
Ebay is SOOOOO dangerous, I'm thinking about posting crap and ripping people off if it's that easy, lol
I'll just post stuff like, "ADD 20 HP with IAT resistor" and rake in the profits. LOL

In defense of Ebay, you really do have to do your homework ahead of time. I've bought almost everything for my car and I've had no problems (aside from getting fucked by UPS on cross border "brokerage fees") SONAR makes decent projectors, I've had mine for 2 years, and bought used off ebay and have had no problems.
If you're buying brand name, you should be fine.

i bought my ex lady some about 8 or 9 months ago and she told me that they stopped working last week... i was like 5 seconds away from buying some until this thread came along, seems just too risky to me, i will just go with the HID's, they are nicer and less risky.
