how to remove the front bumper off a 93 Honda Accord

I need help on how to remove a front and back bumper, i dont understand what to do there is some plastic screws and i cant seem to get them off dont know what to do so plz help soon. thanks

on the sides near the part of the lip there should be screws around that area...they could be hidden under the lip (which is the small plastic black part at the bottom of the bumper)
