Default Integra'95RS: Air Condition problem

Hi, guys, I have reviewed some prior postings, but I could not find the similar case. My fan is working, but it is blowing hot air(versus cold one ). when I went to inspect pressure in my ac unit, the arrow pointed in red "danger" zone. What do you guys think?
P.S. I also suspect that my radiator is leaking. Could that be the problem?
I own Interga'95RS.
Thank you very much

Drive your car after you fill the Rad reservior up, park it in your driveway and put some cardboard underneath, tell us whats leaking, IF anything.

First off, is your compressor turning on? If it don't turn on, ur not gonna remove any of the heat from the air. Regardless of if the fan is running...
U say fan, which one, the radiator fan or condenser fan?
U say u inspected "pressure in ac unit", can you elaborate?? did u hook up a pressure guage? If so, did u hook it up to hot-side or cold-side (high-pressure or low-pressure side, respectively)?
If what u did is what I think u did, then u hooked up pressure guage to high-pressure side. If it reads in red zone, this is bad, means your expansion valve is not working/broken.
I had some probs with my compressor turning on at first, gettin cold, then it would turn on then off, then on and off, real fast, and it never cooled the air.
My prob was too much refrigerant/oil in the system.
I got it completely evacuated and new stuff put in, and now it spits out 38 degrees even with turbo heat
Go and get it checked and refilled at a shop, it should be fine. Mine has been through hell and is not even made for my engine swap and it works fine, still OEM. muhaha
