I saw the diy on filtsai.com on the black housing of the 6th gen accords. Now i wanna do it on my 5th gen. But i run into 2 problems, i dunno how to take the front bumper off and ... i'm kinda scare to put the headlight assemblies into the oven.... . Can anyone show me the step by step to do this safely without messing anything up...????

on each wheel well, there is a bolt/screw you must remove, then take out your bumper lenses, there are two bolts behind ea of them that hold the bumper to the car. Remove the grill as well. Once all that is off, there are 4 bolts holding each headlight on. After getting the headlight off, take every extra piece of platic or trim off of it including the little metal clips on the front. Heat the oven to 300-325 dgrees, place the headlight on a baking pan, and stick in the oven for 5 minutes. Take it out (use gloves it will be hot) and gently try and pry the front lens off with a flathead screwdriver. If you need any further help, just ask.

its pretty easy. but then again i did it on my integra. and it was pretty much a piece of cake. im sure you'll be able to do it in like 15 minz with lots of patience.
