Depends how bad and where exactly it is? I think in the front though from my very limited body experiences, you will have to pull the engine to fix it "like stock" again.........which can get pricey
One big thing is to make sure you have no suspension damage........that happens quite a bit on accidents, it won't help to just straighten it or "box" over it
