Default Question on Transmission Cooler

I Replaced the Radiator on my Civic today and the extra radiator that i got had different fittings for the lines for the transmission so i just bypassed the cooler and hooked the lines together so im wondering will this effect my tranny or what?

It really depends. If it is under load for a long period of time it could cause the tranny fluid to overheat, but that is rare from what I have heard.
