There is too many factors to say who would win. All you can guess is HP Vs. HP and Weight Vs, Weight. But it also depends on the condition of the engine, the driving skills of the driver,the condition of the road, the tires,the reaction time. There is too many things. Like what if they engine is in a bad ass condition or had bad spark...it would run like shit...or what if the driver can't drive..I have raced my friends before, switched cars and then beat them in their car!! There are too many variables to say.

my stock b16 crx raced a stock h22 prelude. at the track i beat it. that was before i had my engine work. i dunno if thats any kind of a comparison
