Default Swapping Gauge Clusters

I Have a 91 DX that has the Gauge Cluster without the tach so i went to the junk yard today to pull out a new gas tank and the car that i took the tank out of had the Cluster that had the tach in it (it was an LX) so i also took that out of it and im just wondering if my car is allready wired for the tach or if its just gonna be a pain in the ass to get it working? any help would be great

The car should be prewired for a tach. What year was the car you got it from?

It shouldn't be a '92 if it was a fourth generation body. It was probably a mis-marked '91, in which case it should swap right in.
